Horrible Histories BBC Special gets the IMAX treatment!
Horrible Histories was part of the recent BFI and Radio Times Television Festival, staged at the BFI IMAX in London.
The session featured an exclusive first play of our BBC Centenary special show, along with a Q&A featuring cast members Richard David-Caine and Jess Ransom, Head Writer Ben Ward, Lion Television Executive Producer Simon Welton, and BBC Executive Producer Melissa Hardinge. The episode is hosted by special guest Rose Ayling-Ellis, and features everything from tales of Lord Reith, of how a man from Yorkshire was used by the BBC to perplex the Nazis during World War Two, and how the BBC Two launch night did not exactly go to plan…
