Pauline Boyle

Pauline is Lion Scotland’s Head of Development and responsible for increasing programming output across genres from factual, formats, documentaries, and game shows for a UK and international market.

Pauline first started at Lion in 2011 in production for BBC Three’s World Series of Dating before joining the development team where she helped devise How Safe Is Your House foR BBC One. Across her ten-year career Pauline has worked in development roles at a number of production companies in the UK and has been part of successful commissions for Raise the Roof and True North.

In production, she has worked on some of Scotland’s juggernauts from Antiques Road Trip and Eggheads for the BBC, Beat my Build for Channel 4 and a stint on BBC Scotland’s flagship drama, River City.
