Violeta Mitrova
Legal & Business Affairs
Violeta joined Lion's Legal & Business Affairs department in June 2025 and works across the full slate of Lion TV programming.
Before moving into television, Violeta spent six years in the book publishing industry, holding roles in the Contracts & Business Affairs department at Hachette UK and at Phaidon Press, where she qualified as an in‑house lawyer.
Following qualification, she gained valuable experience at Love Productions, supporting a range of flagship factual entertainment series including The Great British Bake Off (C4), The Piano (C4) and The Great British Sewing Bee (BBC), before joining the team at Lion.
